I have lived in apartments my entire life so I know what to expect has far as noise but this is unbelievable! There is a built in stereo at the pool and atleast once a week at minimum (usually 2-3 days a week)there are people jacking up the stereo loud, very loud. I have all my windows and doors shut I can hear everyword and feel every thump from the bass. I live a good distance from the pool it is not like i am one of the buildings backed up to it or anything. I have called management and complained 3 times and never got a response back. I have also had to call the cops at a lil after 11 pm (even though the pool closes at 9) about the noise! I am used to some noise in an apartment but this is ridiculous these people are outright not even trying to keep it civil or considerate. I am moving out the first chance I get because of this. I work long days and would like to relax and maybe be able to eat on my porch without having to yell for my guests on the porch to hear me! I usually have my TV volume on 19 and when these idiots pull this noise stuff i have to put it up to 35 sometimes even 47! I would only recommend this place if you are ok with noise and ridiculous music!

I have been disappointed in this community as well I don't think the team responds to issues in a timely manner. The pool needs to be attended closer I try to relax some weekends and the children act terrible so noisy and loud the staff needs to step out of the office and take care of these matters.

Saturnfan we all no that you think everything is perfect at this community maybe because they let you play community watch captain but it's not I also no your not in the fitness center between 2and3 everyday or that means you work out for 6 hours because I have seen you there between 6-7 in the morning many times.Stop trying to cover for a staff that refuses to confront problems. If you are such a workout person why haven't you noticed that the ac can't seem to be repaired and now they have put some prison cover on it so you can't tell that it's not working properly. If people were messing with it it's only because we are tired of working out in a small room where you are so close to the next person that you can smell them sweat. And the pool is crazy people no one watches there kids and the music is loud at times. but if you are in fact the watchman you should also abid by the community rules which means only usr the equipment in the fitness room for 30 mins at a time and keep the TV on news channels and not force people to watch shows that offends them.

I think I know who you are. You need to understand that you do not own this community. I spend a lot of time in the gym, and may be there at almost any time. The TV selection is first come - first served, If you put the TV on a show, then the selection is yours until you leave. If Christian shows offend you, perhaps they might be able to help you turn your life around. The A/C has been fixed no thanks to the people who set it too low causing the compressor to freeze up. The box was installed to prevent this abuse of the facilities. In fact, you seem so unhappy here, I recommend you give Two Men and A Truck a call ASAP. Perhaps we can arrange a pool party to celebrate your departure.
