Northstone is great unless you have a noisy neighbor, or an actual problem that needs fixing. In that case you have to deal with the managment, and the managment is HORRIBLE. I've never been treated so bad in my life, and if I hadn't signed a 14 month lease I would have moved out of here first chance I got. Ive had numerous problems w/ my neighbor, and when I call the managment I'm told they have "better things" to do then to deal with neigborly bickerments. They've even asked me to handle it myself...Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't managments JOB to make the living experience in their apartments a GOOD one in hopes that they can get a contract renewal' If you can handle the non-existent/rude managment then their great apartments. Great size, and fairly well priced.

I agree with this assessment. Management talks a good game but they are slow and act as if it is not their job to maintain the apartments. I wish I knew the name of someone that I could report this too. Surely, everybody has a boss. Please help if you know whom I can contact.

No need the bosses don't care- I overheard the painters talking in one of the apartments and apparently they don't pay their bils on time either-they said they had'nt been paid in two months-slumloards!!
