When I moved in the apartment complex had a great manager that made sure that the grounds were kept clean and neat and that the community as a whole stayed safe. After he left and management changed, the community changed. There is trash in the streets and hall ways, people loiter in the stairways, and I don't leave my apartment after sundown because of this. I thought that the rent was a great value @ first, but now I know a complex is only as good as who manages it.

This is very true the apartment complex has fail so hard since I moved here. Im not sure what is going on but I am not renewing my lease. I swear they let anyone move into these apartments. I no longer feel safe even though I do have an alarm system. They need to do a better job and I hope that someone takes the time and read these complaints
