i've been a long time resident of the property and since the new management took over in 2007 the property had a short burst of great on site management, the place was kept very clean and the asset manager that ran the property adrian fidalgo was always friendly and ensure the property was properly maintained with a rather firm grip. now the property has amateurs running it - their long term maintenance person has departed and the place has not turned into a GETTHO. This was a lovely property, however under the new management it has declined into what it is now. they are renting to anyone and everyone.

FILTHY - TRASHY PEOPLE - NOISY - TERRIBLE ON SITE PEOPLE - DONT MOVE HERE!
