I don't care that much for it. The white fat guy that suppose to fix things out there is lazy and I am going to warn you...he do lies so, you better watch yourself. When it's time to fix something and you have to be charge for it than his fat tail will take his own sweet time and they will charge you a lot. Lord's Willing I am moving out of here this year and I can't wait. Police officers was passing out flyers because someone was breaking in ppl apartments around that area and someone did break in someone's apt out here. True, guys be standing around drinking and smoking weed and they might not bother me, but they need to get a life because they make the place look bad.I don't care much for the place anymore. I will be happy to move away from here.By the way...ppl are moving out just as fast as they are moving in. Some ppl don't stay long out here.

Trust me and the others who have told the truth about this complex. The management lets anyone in. They have done nothing to improve this complex whatsoever. Kids are allowed to play on your cars as well as damage the newly planted trees.
If you want to live in a good complex, try Tryon village (an older community or Gateway Park.) Kathy Soto at Gateway Park

I'm so glad I have read these reviews. I was considering moving to these apatments but the negatives outweigh the positives. I can't take that chance with my children. The person who wrote the first review said...on the weekend it's not so bad, what exactly did you mean? That sounds scary to me.

Well, that is what I thought at first. It seen like a nice place to stay, but it is not because you have some negative people that stays out here( guys and you know what I mean). Don't get me wrong, the apartments are nice, but it is the people that stay out here and the kind of couple they keep. Trust me when I say this, if you have kids exspecially teenager than you don't need to move out here because you don't want them hanging around some of these guys around here. Some of these parents don't need kids, because late at night some of these kids are outside playing and I am talking about 11pm-3am in the morning. I wish I had myself together this year because I will move, but I have to wait next year and believe me ( Lord's Willing) I will be moving. If your lease is not up yet, please take your time looking for a place. I am on Section 8, but I am not a bad tenant because I stay to myself, but I have a teenager that I have to look out for. Whereever you move where section 8 is at well lets say you need to watch your back with the kind of people that stay out there and the company they keep. Everyone on section 8 are not bad people. To sum it up for you, IT IS GHETTO AS H3LL OUT HERE,BECCAUSE THEY HAVE SOME GHETTO AZZ PEOPLE. I wish you the best of luck.

I been living here for a year now and its not all peaches and cream. There are A LOT of DAMN kids whose parents just let them do whatever. they even wrote on my door " shut the hill up" lol.... they mean no harm tho and sometimes they just want attention. the maintanence guy sucks and he dosn't fix things promptly but they get fixed. the office staff is very friendly. there is a lot of dudes who just hang up and smoke weed and drink outside. but as long AS u dont bother them they dont bother you
