In my one year experience at Paces Arbor, they do not take care of their tenants complaints. Management at Paces Arbor leave you hanging out to dry and fend for yourself with the maintenance problems you encounter during your stay. For example, heating problems, maintenance will call you back after the emergency call you place, but they never show up. Secondly, management will allow other tenants to leave trash outside their front door as a daily garbage dumpster. Incidents such as this causes roaches...did Paces Arbor care' No! Thirdly, the property stayed filthy. They never swept the common areas...you would always had to walk over nasty cigarette butts, dirt piles, and loose paper from tenants mailboxes. This property is nasty and unkept. I repeat do not rent from Paces Arbor!
