I've lived at Paces Arbor for almost a year now. When I moved in it was wonderful, helpful staff, clean grounds, quiet neighbors, maintaince always avaliable, and the apartment was definitely worth the money. But in the last 4 months everything has changed. And I mean everything, from the staff's attitude to the lack of maintaince ( I once waited 2 1/2 weeks to have a small repair done). The office staff is growing worse by the minitue from lack of following up on complaints to just general rudeness. When I first moved in, I thought this would be our home for at least 2-3yrs while we saved to buy a house, but once my lease is up I am getting as far away from this mess as possible.
