GIVE THEM A CHANCE

Yes, Paces Arbor went through some changes as lots of apt. complexes do. I?ve managed an apt. complex before and I must say that it isn?t easy. Employment turnover because of pay and the demands are just a few things you deal with and that can be in any job. If you take pride in where you live then it is up to you to be a responsible party and make people aware, don?t just complain. The staff is not at the property 24-7. It is not only up to you the resident to inform the staff of problems but it is up to you to take action such as call the police when there?s something suspicious going on or a disturbance. Numerous reports helps elminate the riff-raff and also if you get to know your neighbors and you collectively have the same complaint, then all of you make the office aware. Remember, more is accomplished in numbers and proof. Also, it?s all of our property so we should together help protect it. You could live in some nice rich neighborhood and the same sort of thing could happen, what would you do then' You?d probably try to get a neighborhood watch together and do something about it. Where do you think robbers and car thieves/jackers go to steal, the rich neighborhoods, certainly not the poor. I?ve lived here going on three years and the property was great when I moved in. There was only one auto incident that I know of and that was a resident had some rims stolen off his car and they think it was someone that knew him and there were neighbors that were disorderly and with several complaints and three letters from three different residents complaining, they were removed. In the winter of 2002, they started to have some issues and the summer was the worst I have ever seen it, but when the fall came around they took a serious look at what was going on and made an effort to straightened out the property, including replacing staff and they are still working and have made some serious improvements. I commend them on the good work they are doing. I leave you with this words: REMEMBER! ROME WASN?T BUILT IN A DAY and even the GOOD LORD RESTED ON SUNDAYS!!! Good day!
