I totally agree with pretty much all the reviews except the ones that rave about how good a places Paces Arbor is.....I totally beg to differ. This is absolutely the worst apartment I have ever lived in I have had the exterminator came to my apt atleast 3 times to no avail, seems like the spray he uses just gets more bugs in the apartment. I have never gone 30 minutes without seeing a roach running across my floor, how terribly embrassing, maintence still sucks the apt is pretty much falling apart the windows and doors need caulking or should I say replacing. In brief it a very shoddy place to live in rent is low but when you have to live with roaches what do you expect'''
There are roaches(huge ones)outside inside name any place in the damn area you'll see them. I have lived here for 11/2 years and I'm pretty much on my way out....no renewal. I absolutely do not recommend it. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
