BEWARE, NEW NAME IS **BERKSHIRES ON LYNN LAKE**.

i lived at this place not too long ago for one year, the roaches come out to play at night, it's crazy, they spray everyweek but i swear it's like their feeding them or something.

and the new managment that took over is as rude as they can be, it takes them days if not weeks to get some maintnance done.

LMAO....i love this site...i am currenly looking for an apartment and it's extremely informative, yet very entertaining as well...i am just so confused on who to believe and where to move....it's like a win lose situation...or the luck of the draw...but i soooo love the reviews !!!
