We moved to "Berkshires on Lynn Lake" temporarily between homes because they were one of the few places that offered 6 month leases. Big Mistake! There are so many roaches, earwigs, etc everywhere. In your cabinets, pantry, bathrooms, bedroom, everywhere at all hours I can guarentee you will see roaches. It sucks living with your food and dishes in the fridge and on top of that you don't even want to cook there because everything feels dirty. No matter how clean you are or how much you disinfect they come. Also, spraying and fogging does not help. My guess is that the bugs are probably immune to the chemicals now so all you do is kill yourself with pesticides. There's water leaks under each sink. Every drain is clogged, sinks and showers, and nothing works to fix them. There are weird smells around the buildings. Also, are apartment had an overwhelming smell of stale cigarretts despite there being new carpet and absolutely nothing got rid of the smells. I wish we spent a little more money moved into a nice place and then had someone take over our lease. These apartments suck! If your thinking about moving there don't!! We thought the same thing.....how bad can it really be'' BAD!!
