The apartments are a little old, but are well maintained and have a great staff. I've had two items in my apartment go bad but they were fixed within 24 hours of calling the staff (great service!!!). The location is great, less than a mile from NCSU, and there are two wolfline stops within the complex and another stop (on a different line) within 400 meters of the complex. The only problem I've found is with the laundry facility. It would be nice to have washer and dryer hookups within the apartments. They do have a laundry site on the grounds, but I used them once and won't go back (they have a strong mold smell that is unbearable, so I go to the laundramat only a mile away). Overall my experience has been great.
