Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
Small, conservative, relatively clean (no big bugs or dust problems). Friendly staff and all. Expect what you pay for, nothing more nothing less. Cheap, affordable, economy style living. If you're looking for an apartment to share with 3 or more, move on if you're stingy about bathroom cleanliness. Only 1 bathroom for a 3 bedroom.
