I lived here from 2002-2003. If you have upstairs neighbors, you will be in Hell. You'll hear every step they make, their television, bits and pieces of conversations. My neighbors gave their daughter piano lessons...Neighbors in my unit were cool. Low-key for the most part. Extremely rowdy students moved in...but they were so horrible that management took care of them within a few months. Recycle bins are a convenient plus. Crickets and waterbugs will creep in the house, especially in the summertime. old appliances, icky wallpaper and light fixtures in the bathroom. Apartments are spacious and in acceptable condition, but they are drafty, hard to heat and cool, extremely dated, and its not likely that you'll get new carpet or new anything for that matter. It took a lot of getting used to. I moved 2 weeks early because I was so sick of fighting with waterbugs. And we had a peeping tom a few times.
