I've lived here on two occasions and it's a decent place to live. My neighbors are quiet and most of the people in the complex are well behaved (really shocking, being so close to campus). The complex is located roughly 2 minutes from I-40 and I-440 and is also on the Wolfline and CAT route, so you have access to everything.

I really haven't had problems with anything. I had to turn in my rent late b/c school didn't start until mid-Jan and I couldn't get my financial aid and they were very understanding.

I did have a major problem during the winter b/c the apartment has huge windows and air seeps in. I didn't formally complain, but I tried different rememdies that didn't work. Light bill was around $110 for a few months (ordinarily $50-60).

I'll admit that it doesn't have many ammenities (no diswasher, washer/dryer connections, fitness center) but it's a nice place to live on a moderate budget. The clubhouse is nice, as I used it to host a party with some of my friends (they don't permit you to serve alcohol). One of the best things is that there is unlimited parking for you and your guests (in my area of the complex), which is really important to me.

I would recommend it, especially if you're looking for a reasonably priced one bedroom around NC State (you won't find many like it around here). I would especially recommend it if you can get one of the one month free-rent specials and have it spread out over 12 months instead.
