I lived in a two bedroom apartment over the summer. I can safely say that I never saw a roach while I was living there. I only ever had to kill 2 spiders and that was in dark places (ie cabinets) and it was never an infestation. I can't tell you anything about maintenance because nothing was ever broken. I never had a problem finding parking in front of or very close to my building. As far as safety, it wasn't stellar because there is no security system, but I never felt unsafe. My upstairs neighbors were kind of annoying because they would pace the floors at odd hours of the night but it was never anything unbearable. I never heard anything coming from other apartments, and I only heard a few cars with their stereos turned up too loud. Many of the people who live in the complex are very friendly. Some of the repairs from previous tenants were obvious inside our apartment (ie patched door) but they still worked. This place isn't for everyone though. It's good for college students on tight budgets because rent is low, but most of the tenants are non-students. I enjoyed my time there. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again as long as I could get an apartment with W/D hookups.
