My roommate and I wanted to find a place closer to RTP where we work at so we decided on these apartments... Let me tell you now... DON'T DO IT! OMG!! What a dump!!! The places are so small, then they have ---- A ROACHES.. Not roaches but ---- A ROACHES.. These damn things would scare a pitbull.. Then the windows are made of a thin glass poxy that is so cheap you can feel the sun's rays coming right it.. Sounds great huh' NOt when it's 100 degrees outside already and you have your AC blasting just to get the place down to 85 degrees. You can actually hear the neighbors breath, not snoring or talking just breathing.. I think the walls are made of paper... The staff is pathetic and all they do if find reason not to fix things. Honestly, I would have lived in my car over living here and I've been here for 6 weeks. I'm trying to get outta my lease as we speak...

You must have been extremely rude or something...I've never had management and maintenance not fix something (I had sink, toilet, ac, and roof leak) and be extremely courteous about it. As a single woman I didn't feel uncomfortable with them in the apartment with or without me either and Megan from the office is excellent.

I feel pretty confident that all the responses are from Megan herself because all she does all day is sits on the computer in the remodeled office that looks nothing like any apartment in the complex.
