The complex itself is pretty clean, and the area seems safe. My main complaints are that they will enter your apartment without warning to spray for insects. If you like strangers in your apt, then go for it. If you do, I recommend leaving the door chain locked.

My neighbours were also occasionally noisy, and would cook bad smelling things. Kinda smelled like vomit.

Also, the coin operated laundry may be across the street or as much as 175 Yards away depending on where your apt is.

Side note: house prices are very cheap in the area, consider buying if you can afford it.

I had the Orkin man bust in on me too even when I screamed for him not to come in from inside the living room, the chain is a must and I did complain to management.

Bottom line is the place is a dump! Consider moving into your moms basement before you move here!!

Not joking, the Orkin man walked into my home when I was undressed and I seriously considered going to the police. He walked directly into my home and into the hallway and looked into my bedroom where I was sleeping.. I was mortified...
