Been here for two years...I have no "ROACHES"..If anything breaks, Maintenance comes same day...office staff always courteous and willing to help. Yes, they are old, but my apt was well maintained and I had no problems...plenty of parking...located on wolfline...great for NCSU student

this sounds like a review straight from management. this place is an absolute dump and had more roaches than i could count. sure, it's close to NCSU, but who cares if it's on wolfline when you can ride a roach to school... they're certainly big enough

This is a total lie.. There are roaches EVERYWHERE.. I mean big @ss Roaches!! The type that get pissed when you move in and try to key your car... The person that wrote this review must either be a employee or a roach themselves!
