I am currently subleasing an apartment at Parkwood Village. My lease is up in December and I am getting out of here asap! The manager is old school and does things her way. She doesn't care about the residents at all. The property is old and not kept up well. There is a huge ROACH problem. Dogs are not allowed so that's a bummer. There are no amenities besides a pool. Woo hoo. There are much better places near NCSU and downtown. I would not live here if I were you.

This is an accurate review of this complete dump!! I mean Dump.. Even the city wouldn't dump their trash at this location..
