I haven't lived here for long, but I can tell you that I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The grounds aren't kept very well. The apartments are out of date and not maintenanced well. If the building ever caught on fire you wouldn't know anythings wrong unless you smelled smoke, or just happen to look out your window and see the fire department sitting in the parking lot. It seems that the owners of the property want to charge a great deal for your apartment but don't seem to care about putting anything into maintaining them. The office staff seem to care more about their own concerns than yours, and I for one am not satisfied with living here. This place has redneck trailer park written all over it, and quite frankly I expect more for what I am paying than what I am getting.
