The maintaince crew of two is a joke! We've been here for 8 months. Theres a hole in my floor the size of a coffee table that we are having to call code enforcement to get it fixed. The fire alarm has been broken since we've been here. the outlets are falling out. The self cleaning oven doesn't work. Our ac unit will not cool this unit below 80 degrees and has been running nonstop for over a month now and its 81 in my unit right now. After repeted attempts to get repairs done I was threatend by the owner. Now hes taking me to small claims court to try and evict me and sue me for lease. I still live here, and am presently trying to fight it in court. I hate it here No one should ever have to live like this. Bottom Line Run as fast as you can from pinewinds and any of there other properties Its run by slum lords!!
