It works just fine for me

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I have lived at Pine Winds for over a year. I have never had any problems with the maintenance staff repairing any problems I had. I hardly ever hear my neighbors. The management is trying very hard along the local police department to keep a community watch program going to make this an even better place to live. I think that this is a very nice community to live in.
