Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
It is hot in the summer even when AC running, 24/7, cold in the winter when the heater is running 24/7. Waste of money. Overpriced. Dirty. Very dirty laundry. Butts all over the swimming pool area. Run down. Smells very bad.
Management is pain to deal with. Ms TArlington is very bed person, the manager
