I've lived here almost 2 years. When i first moved in, it was really quiet, no problems. However, over the last year, it seems like they are letting anyone move in. Now my nights and weekends are full of dodging beer cans and --------- that hang out on the porch drinking well into the early hours, playing music and just being plain rude.
The maintance people are okay. Donnie is cool and real quick to get your stuff fixed. Alessandra is nice and all, but she can only do so much. The manager, Ms. Turlington, is horrible. She is rude and ugly to you. I should have known when the first time i walked into the office, i thought i was walking into a bar. They smoke in the office and it smells horrible of stale marlboros.
They are doing rennovations and all, but have yet to rennovate my rusty dishwasher, noisy garbage disposal, or broken fridge. Also, since Druker and Faulk have taken over, they have jacked up the prices of the apartments. Definitely not worth over 600 bucks for a one bedroom. They repaved the parking areas which is nice, but the parking spots are either extremenly large or too small. If you work late, be prepared to not park anywhere close to your apartment. Recently i had an infestation of la coocerachas. That's righ, ---- roaches the length of toothpicks. Don't know if the hispanic people brought them, or if it was all the pinestraw they laid down for landscaping.
The apartments are nice and there really aren't any safety concerns. Be prepared though that if you have to deal with Jeanie Turlington, you will have a bad day.
