Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
I lived at Pinewinds for over 3 years. It went downhill each year that I was there. Maintenance was non-existing. I had so many things wrong with my apartment when I left. When Drucker and Falk took over, the prices were raised, but for what' To pay for their "repairs". It is a shame that what used to be considered a nice place to live is what is today.
