Do not come to Pine Winds. Lived there for 2 yearsand management does not want to fix anything, but will be quick to point out anything that the residents are not doing up to their standards. Will lie to you about apartment prices. Will tell you one thing, but do another. Cockroaches are on vacation here. I had to treat the apartment myself because the bugs were worse after they get the exterminator out. Tell you that you cannot fish in their pond, but you will see the staffs families fishing in it. Not worth the price compared to other apartments in Raleigh. Really gone downhill after Drucker & Faulk took over. I would not recommend living in anything that they own. If you do live there, always request that Donnie fix things because the other guy, Tim, does not know what he is doing and has some serious attitude issues.
