i've been here for a year now. i absolutely love it. i've had a few problems with a former neighbor, but now that they're gone, i'm very happy. managment is great! alessandra is super nice and will go out of her way to help. she gave me her personal number to call if i needed anything even. i think it's a bit pricey for a college kid like me, but it's a great layout with lots of space. parking hasn't been too troubling. some times neighbors have 2-3 guests (cars) and it can take up some of the spots meant for ppl who actually live here. the grounds are nice and pretty well kept. someone near by likes to empty their cars trash into the parking lot, but that's all i've really noticed. every one keeps to themselves for the most part, so differences among the vast types of ppl living here isn't bad. this complex is pretty old, but with lots of recent "touch ups" (white porches instead of plain wood, new signs, new shingles on roof, new office, ect) it looks a lot nicer outside. the inside of my apartment is kind of so-so (towel hangers like to fall off, minor things like that). i love the screened in porch and vaulted ceiling. those are the main reasons i like my apartment so much. i feel pretty safe out here. there's intrusion alarms, which was a reason to live here as well. all i can say is that if you're looking for a lot of room for a decent price, with friendly managment, and a comfortable place to stay - check this place out! i hope i was able to help someone out in apartment hunting!
