We've lived here for 3 months or so, and it's terrible. People drive in to pick up our various neighbors and honk their horns to alert said neighbors at all and any hours of the day. We've called the police twice while here. And theres a funny smell in the hall. It's probably a safe place to be, but its not very comfortable.
