this is the most filthy place I have ever lived in Roaches, Rugs are not cleaned between tenants. If you complain, forget it the management ignores what you complain about. There is ample parking sure but be careful the gangs will destroy your car. I would not let my dog live here never mind a human. The kids do not have a plcae to play so they run all over the place without supervision.

How did you get out of your lease? I've asked to be released and management has never responded. I guess I'll just go to small claims court the problem is they cannot fumigate my apartment because I have a lung problem. I feel they should have been honest about the roaches before I moved in.

I totally agree to everything you said. I moved into the Pines of Ashton in the spring of '06. I moved out of state so I had no idea what I was getting into. My husband listened to someone who was not looking out for our best interest. It was the worst thing we could've ever done. What a disaster from hell. The hallways are pissed infested. The outside is nasty and disgusting. It's terrible. You see little toddlers between the ages of 2 and 3 outside playing by themselves. Your vehicle is most definitely in danger. The management sucks. The roaches. There's a club right across the street from the complex so on sunday's you see all the riff raff. Never again. I knew we were in for it when I started seeing security in the summertime on foot patroling the neighborhood and the police constantly patroling the area. By October we said enough was enough and we moved to a better apartment complex. That was a waste of time and money. That's why this is the best website to go on and check out people's comments. To know what you're possibly getting yourself into before it even starts. My only regret is not shopping more for a better place to live before I moved there. We were pressed for time because of work obligations. It's just another lessoned learned.
