It ain't too bad here

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
I have lived here for three year and have seen a lot of changes. some good and some bad. But, it's not too bad compared to other places around Raleigh.
Their budjet is really suffering and it is really effecting the maintenance staff here.
