It's nice but it could look a little better

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
I have lived here for four years and I have seen it look good and I have seen it look trashy. The staff is GREAT and the maintance team is fast to respond compared to the Three Stooges Maintanance department they used to have. But the grounds leaves everything to be desired.
