I rent a two bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment.

Pro's:

* inexpensive (I'm paying $500.00/month
* nice, helpful staff (Burt especially)
* well-maintained landscaping
* fast response to complaints
* good parking
* close to greenway, shelly lake
* close to 440

Con's:

* Refrigerator leaks
* Carpets show dirt easily
* Strange sub-flooring (feels like bricks shifting under carpet)
