I have lived at Polo Run for 2 years and wow can I say thatthe entire quality of the complex has gone downhill. The property has gone through 3 management changes since I moved in and the only person worth anything is Bert. He is awesome, However, everyone else in the office will not give you the time of day. I have called several times about maintenance issues and never get a response (unless it is a leak that will damage their apartment).
The grounds have gone to hell and even though they run a criminal background check there are still a lot of shady characters around.
You get a parking sticker so that you can park in the lots but if that sticker is not extremely visible the towing company that comes around will tow you, then charge you to get your car back! I have a motorcycle and the complex did not work with me at all in trying to park it somewhere well lit.
The apartment is extremely badly built. Some of the ceilings, sliding doors and windows were put in crooked and insulation between apartments is non-existent. When I moved in the carpet was not replaced and the tub lining is cracking and peeling away. The windows and doors hemorrage air and when the heat or air is running the bill is normally in excess of $100.
Do yourself a favor the size of the apartment and the price are sooooo not worth it.
Find somewhere else!!!

I agreed with that- the only person who knows what he is doing, and cares about people there is Bert.
