Yep, this crappy property has been sold to a company in Florida and will be turned into condos and town homes-GOD!!! If you have seen the tenants who live here, not too many of them could afford to live in a condo and the company probabally doesn't even care about their needs anyway. We have lived in our unit for three years and every summer, we have a freon leak in our air conditioner which the old owners never patch or replace (ARE YOU READING THIS EPA')and our light bill is that of Yankee Stadium because of it.
