Years at this apartment: 1999 - 2006
When we first moved in,we thought we had moved into family neighborhood. I admit we have met a FEW families.We have only stayed this long because of the reasonable rent. We have had problems with things being fixed correctly.They fix it as cheap as they can and often have to fix it again.We have had roach problems the past several months.We've had partying noisy neighbors almost from day one. There is no light on the stairs that lead down from the parking lot to apartments.
Management does not treat everyone equally.
People visit and park in the lot ALL the time
instead of parking on the street.
