And it's probably the best thing that could have happened to this property. The new owner will completely renovate Polo Run in the near term. I'll bet this is a great opportunity to buy a first home.

Yup.
...and a year later that company has slapped on new roofs, done a half-assed job with siding, and gone bankrupt.
No condos.

YOu would have to BURN THE ENTIRE PLACE DOWN JUST TO THINK ABOUT GETTING RID OF ALL THE COCKROACH PROBLEMS!!! YUCK!!!
