Since moving into Polo Run in Jan 06, I have had at least 8 - 10 leaks. No one can seem to fix the problem. Management is terrible and blows me off. After emailing Case and Associates(the owner of the property), the problem was fixed, but then leaked again later that week. After all the problems, the issue was not corrected properly. The area(s) were patched and painted. No one ever removed damaged, rotted, or molded wood/drywall. Numerous attempts from people trying to steal my vehicle due to poor lighting. The management has changed several times and seems to get worse on each round. I have lived in apartments all through college and this place is terrible. DO NOT RENT HERE!
