I have lived a the property for 8 months and i regret it every day, can't wait for my lease to be up.The new management seems to be a recycled old management. stating promises they don't keep. I would never recommend any one to live at this property not unless you don't mind paying 300 for electric bill.Hey don't take my word call progress energy for history estimate. But i blame my self,i should have done better research especially when they offered a 1200sq feet at 497 a month.

Amen brother!!! I have lived for quite some time and my light bill is the equivalent of Yankee Stadium because of how drafty it gets during the winter and the AC never works like it is supposed to. And the grounds look terrible. I can't even walk out my front door without risking stepping on old rusty nails where these guys have removing the roof shingles. And you should watch the painters dumping their waste down the storm drain.
