POOL IS NOT OPENING FOR 2007.The few apartments I've seen on the interior including mine are in very poor condition. New management (9/06 approx.) seams heartless and don't care whether residents stay or go. I've seen only empty promises. Very sad to me that so many residents can be ignored. Many apartments look to be near condenming but I think they may be working on this slowly. Many doors must be slammed to get them to latch. Water heaters have no catch pans or water alarms to alert of leaking (bring an umbrella). The location is very nice as are the rates. Very mature & beautiful trees. Parking can be a big pain. Assigned spaces is critical here because of some tennants having 5 or 6 cars leaving the tenants with only 1 or 2 to often times, park in the street. What a great pain when raining and carrying a baby! All apartments I've seen and been in are a energy useage nightmare! A/C condensers never cleaned, very poor weatherstripping and very old appliances.
