Years at this apartment: 1997 - 1999
 
I lived here for 2 years and it has been "Okay". The exterior needs remodeling and the interior is nice and spacy for the price. The maintenance for the grounds were nice. The children needs a more safe play area. When I lived there it seemed like a safety hazard (the playground). The price is great.
