I have lived at Quail Ridge Apts for over two years. I have had problems with the management team, either the office staff is rude or so syrupy sweet you can barely stand dealing with them. They aren't very people oriented, usually driven by money. They don't seem to appreciate the residents or our thoughts. The maintenance team is friendly enough, but don't do repairs very well. The work is shoddy and unattractive. The sidewalks and pavement are broken, air/heating system out of date. Would only recommend to someone that is not looking for any special amenities. The rent is cheap for the N. Raleigh location, but at this point I would rather live at a more pricy place than to continue to put up with the ridiculous policies and poorly skilled staff.
