DON'T DO IT!!!

This place was THE ABSOLUTE WORST when I lived there two years ago! Management was rude, inconsiderate and incompetent.
At one point, I had my car broken into and the girl in the office basically conveyed to me that I should not expect much for the rent I pay.
The noise level is awful.
There was a SHOOTOUT on the playground a few years ago.
In the summer, people (kids AND ADULTS) think the walkways are hangouts - which was horrible, considering the front windows face the walkways.
The people that were there when I moved in had mostly left, only to be replaced with a bunch of loud obnoxious tenants who made me afraid to walk around my apartment complex - or even do my laundry...
DAY OR NIGHT!
When I moved in, they had not steam cleaned the carpet, as promised, and the previous residents had spilled beer all over the place.
I told the front office the carpets smelled awful, especially in my son's room - and one of those dimwits in the office had the nerve to tell me she went so far as to lock herself in the closet and she didn't smell a thing.
I SHOULD HAVE PACKED THE HELL UP AND RUN AWAY FROM THAT PLACE AT THAT POINT!
I have thanked God REGULARLY for allowing us to move out of there.
Just driving by is depressing.
Yes, they offer GREAT rental agreements as far as price goes - but it is SOOOO not worth it.
I would rather pay WAY more and like where I live.
This place was depressing and made me NOT want to come home - ever.
IT'S MOTEL-8 WITH A LEASE! A lease that requires you turn over your soul, as well as your sanity.
