Do not waste your money with this place. The rent is good, but that's about it. Management is so incompetent that it's not funny. I tried to get WRAL to expose them, but Quail Ridge refused to talk to them.

The kept my security deposit and charged me another month's rent because they say they didn't get my letter stating I was not going to renew my lease. Well, the rent check was with the letter in the drop box. They cashed the check but didn't get the letter. How does that happen' The imbeciles even reported me to a credit agency that was just about as illiterate as Quail Ridge management. That's the treatment I got after 4 years of paying on time every month!

Don't do it! You will be depressed and regret your decision every day you are living there.
