I moved out last year trying to get cheaper rent and away from little mexico! I got cheaper rent but that was it! I have posted my comments about that place on their page!! I moved back to Quail Ridge last month for several reasons. First, I was so happy to get my first electric bill that was $48 compared to the $200 I was paying for the same size one bedroom. Second, I like the location probably best of all! Management and maintenace are pretty good and seem to care about the place. I haven't had any problems in this apartment but I do expect some as they are pretty old. My last apartment here had the sinks backing up a lot, which was gross, but at least they came out fast to fix it. My only recommendation would be to try and rent up front near the office.
