If you have job and don't feel like going to college anymore, perhaps this isn't the place for you. The place is a run-down college dorm at best. First of all, the stairwells offer no ventilation, they are noisy, you can hear everything that goes on from each story as they echo tremendously. Next, you have no balcony, you are basically secluded in your one bedroom paper thin- walled 'dorm room'. The appliances are outdated. The shower leaks, the refrigerator could pass as a heater as it lets off enough heat to counter your air conditioner. So you'd better buy two air conditioners or not plan on using your kitchen which is more like a closet anyway.
Yes, and then there are the people who live there. If you could possibly scrape up $50 dollars more per month to live somewhere else you might want to. Half the people living here look as though they are spending every penny just to split the rent. I'm not trying to act stuck up, but when you picture living in a 'luxurious' downtown studio adjacent to an upscale shopping center, a card board box doesn't really do the trick. The staff has been great over the past 12 months and I will definately miss all of their hard work, but I will be so glad to leave the rest of the mental hospital looking grounds and the dingy box like apartments.
