The Raleigh Apartments offer gorgeous, affordable apartments conveniently located, so it's too bad that the management company does so little to maintain these historic buildings! A neighbour of ours had to threaten to sue to get her bathroom ceiling properly repaired after it fell in for the *third* time.

Water is included in the rent and the baseboard heating is nice, but you'll have to provide your own air conditioner unit. If you don't mind renting from a company too cheap to provide proper repairs, it's a nice place to live(aside from that!) with friendly neighbours, a beautiful courtyard with lovely trees and a short walk to Glenwood Avenue, Cameron Village and NC State.
