I toured this complex as a perpsective renter, I took a pass on renting a unit, here are my thoughts on what I saw however.

Good location, but not much off street parking. Rent is reasonable, the buildings themselves though, old and honestly, kind of "tired". Not falling apart like some old housing project though mind you.

There is definitely a college dorm feel to the place, from the apartments, the grounds and the tenants. So if you are done with the college type lifestyle (socially and or financially) than this is probably not the place for you. However if you can shrug off or even like a dormitory atmosphere, then go for it. You might even score some good 420 from one of your neighbors!
