I have lived here for awhile and have been having headaches. I recently figured out that the headaches go away after I leave the apartment - so I told the office staff. They sent the maintenance manager out promptly and he brought some sort of mold detection device because I mentioned I was allergic to mold. There was NO mold in my apartment, but he was concerned about my health and we figured out that my headaches also go away when the A/C is off. He checked the A/C filter and it was in bad need of replacement.

He immediately went and got a replacement filter and installed it AND he had the housekeeper to come vaccum out the vent because it had accumulated ALOT of dust. Much to my surprise, the housekeeper showed up within 5 minutes and swept the vent.

I was so blown away by this response and the concern by both the office staff and the maintenance technicians for my health. They seemed genuinely concerned that I feel better and I am grateful. Not many apartment management companies have this attitude.

Maintenance has always responded promptly to all my issues and FIXED the problem, not just rigged it up until the next time I call about the same problem. I had an issue with my washing machine (included in all the units here) shortly after I moved in and Debbie and Dennis came and looked at it, determined it needed replaced and did so immediately. Dennis even asked if I had laundry I needed to get to right away or if it would be okay for them to go eat lunch and come back!!

The office staff and maintenance staff here are top-notch. They really go out of their way to help me. I can't speak for others who live here, but this has been my experience.

I learned today that the property has only been managed by Fairfield Properties for one year today. It is evident from the other reviews on here that those folks have been living here since before the new management company took over. Maybe there is still some leftover resentment toward the previous management.

The only bad thing about this community is the space. I would love to have a bigger kitchen and maybe a dining room . . .
