Besides the amount I had to pay to break my lease because of a job transfer. It was cool. I enjoyed my time there, Neighbor was safe, never saw a car get rob and any drug activity. You might catch a water bug or two in a 12 month span...but no infestations, Maintenance was on time and respectful. Areas is close to everything, kinda mad I had to leave...In all a great place to live. Just read your lease, and ask them to explain the lease breaking, and the financial burden it could cause.
